Event Date
The main event takes place on June 21, 2025, with setup opportunities available the day before.
Time Commitment
Volunteer shifts range from 4-8 hours, and you can choose from morning or afternoon shifts based on your availability.
Volunteer Positions
Route Marshal
Guide runners and cyclists along the route, ensure safety at intersections
Registration Desk
Help with check-in, distribute race packets and answer questions
Aid Station Attendant
Provide water, sports drinks, and snacks to participants
General Support
Help with setup, teardown, and wherever needed during the event
Finish Line Support
Hand out medals, manage finish area, and cheer for participants
Event Photographer
Take photos during the event (photography experience required)
No Experience Necessary!
Most volunteer positions don't require any special skills or experience. We'll provide all the training you need on the day. Just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to help!

In the registration form, you can mention if you'd like to be assigned to the same area as friends or family members who are also volunteering.
What if I need to cancel my volunteer commitment?
