1. Introduction
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Run & Roll 2025. These terms outline what is expected of you as a volunteer and how we ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone involved.
2. Volunteer Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and be present for the agreed shift(s).
- Follow the instructions of team leaders and event organizers.
- Assist participants and guests with a helpful and friendly attitude.
- Wear your volunteer badge or t-shirt visibly during the event.
- Notify the team in advance if you are unable to attend.
3. Code of Conduct
- Treat all participants, staff, and other volunteers with respect.
- Do not engage in discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior.
- Avoid alcohol or drug use before or during your shift.
- Protect event property and report any safety issues immediately.
4. Liability and Risk
You participate as a volunteer at your own risk. While we take safety seriously and have emergency personnel on site, Run & Roll is not responsible for injuries, lost property, or personal accidents during the event.
5. Media Consent
Photos and videos may be taken during the event. By volunteering, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials, social media, and event documentation.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a volunteer and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms of participation.
